If your application looks like a strong fit, the next step is a screening call. This is where we get to know you better, answer your questions, talk about your goals, and explain what the opportunity really looks like.

This step is important because it helps both sides get clear before moving forward. We want you to understand what to expect, what will be required, and what the next steps would look like if you are accepted.

If you are accepted, we move into placement and planning. That means we help you move in the right direction based on your strengths, your setup, your schedule, and your overall fit.

We are selective on purpose. We are not trying to accept everyone. We keep the number of new models limited so the women we accept can get more support, faster feedback, and a better experience from the start. That also helps keep the process more organized and more serious.

If you are accepted, we begin onboarding. This is where we help get everything set up in a clear and organized way so you are not left wondering what to do next. We go over your setup, your routine, your first priorities, and the kind of support that fits you best.

After onboarding, we move into training. Accepted models get a clearer way to approach Live Chat, content planning, communication, posting, and their overall online routine. The goal is to take away the guesswork and help you build better habits from the start.

We also offer online training courses with video demonstrations from high-paid models, simple quizzes to help you learn, and live webinars for extra guidance and support. We want the training to feel organized and easy to follow so you can learn faster without feeling overwhelmed by too much information at once.
