We built Online Model Mastery this way on purpose. We want our success to be tied to the success of the women we accept. That means we are focused on choosing the right fit, helping accepted models get set up the right way, and giving real support along the way.

We make money by sharing in the success of the women we accept and help grow. Depending on the platform, we take a standard 15%-35% commission.

That means we have a real reason to focus on fit, preparation, support, and results over time. We are not interested in signing up as many people as possible. We are interested in working with women who are serious, coachable, and ready to follow a plan.

Not always.

Some women come in with experience, and some do not. What matters most is whether you have the right setup, the right mindset, a coachable attitude, and the ability to stay consistent. We are looking for women who are ready to learn, follow guidance, and treat this like real work.

We help accepted models get pointed in the right direction based on their setup, strengths, schedule, and overall fit.

That can include Live Chat and Webcam Modeling platforms, as well as support around OnlyFans and Social Media growth. During the screening and onboarding process, we help decide the best starting path based on where you are now and what makes the most sense for your goals.

We recommend being able to commit at least 20 or more hours per week.

This opportunity works best for women who can stay active and consistent. The more steady your schedule is, the easier it is to build momentum over time. This is not a good fit for someone who only plans to show up once in a while.

At a minimum, you should have:

• a laptop
• stable internet
• a private space to work and create content
• a basic setup that allows you to show up consistently
   

A strong setup makes a real difference. It helps with quality, consistency, and overall professionalism. If your internet is unstable or you do not have a private place to work, it becomes much harder to do well.

That depends on your goals, comfort level, and the path that makes the most sense for you.

We believe women should be clear about their boundaries and comfort level from the start. During the screening process, we talk through fit, expectations, and what kind of work you are comfortable with. Being honest early helps both sides decide if this is the right match.

We keep onboarding limited each month so accepted models get more support, faster feedback, and a better overall experience. We are not trying to accept everyone. We are looking for women who already have a strong starting point and are ready to follow a plan, stay coachable, and stay consistent.

No. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Results vary based on many things, including your setup, consistency, schedule, communication, social presence, and ability to follow the plan. Not every applicant is accepted, and not every accepted model will get the same results. 

Yes. At this time, we work with women in the United States and Canada only.
