Be out and about at events, parties, lounges, gyms, concerts, college campuses, and nightlife hotspots spotting women who radiate presence, beauty, confidence, or charm and letting them in on an opportunity that can change their lives.

WHAT KIND OF Scouts ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Requirements

Ages 21–45
Based in major U.S. metros
You must be attractive, well-spoken, socially confident, and street-smart
You must pass a background check and complete a short Zoom interview
Must own a smartphone and be able to text on-site to confirm model signups in real time

What You'll Do

You’re an Independent Scout—not an employee. This means:

You choose when and where to scout
You work when you feel like it
You get paid per signup...no limits

When you find a potential model, you:

Ask if she’s ever thought about making money on her phone. No nudity, no sex, just sensual live streaming.
If she’s interested, using a mobile device, sign her up on the Online Model Mastery website and put your name as the scout the referred her then text your assigned OMM rep that will be waiting on standby.
With the talent's consent, your rep sets up her profile and texts you her login and account link.
You will help her login and do a quick ID verification on her phone to confirm her identity and age.
That’s it. You’re credited immediately. She’s now in the system.
